forming or planishing compound curves in sheet metal. They are used

This
portable planishing hammer is designed for forming or planishing
light gauge sheetmetal. The yoke is 22" tall and 12-3/8"
from the bottom die to the bottom of the yoke. It comes with
one top die and one each 3", 12" and 36" radii
bottom die, a die extraction tool, oil and special oil bottle,
stainless steel engraved die rack with grommets, and regulator.
The frame is powder coated. The unit is shipped with some assembly
required. |

The lower
arm on these cast iron floor models can be lowered to accommodate
an optional bottom anvil for deep parts. Other special anvils
are available, which allow the operator to move the lower
arm off-center without losing position. They feature heavy
duty pneumatic motors and sturdy cast iron frames. (Shown
with optional die rack)
