Huth Bender Radius Dies

Material Size - refers to actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
CLR - stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing. (see image)
Max Degree of Bend - Dies can be purchased to bend up to the specified bend angle after springback. Dies marked as Full allow for the maximum bend angle possible on the Huth style bender. Results may vary depending on material used.
Wrinkle Dies - are made to form a controlled wrinkle on the inner radius of the bend which allows for use of thinner wall tubing or 304 stainless tubing which would normally fail to bend smoothly. Click on individual part numbers for more details.
