JMR Bender Nominal Pipe Dies

These JMR Industrial Series dies fit all JMR tubing benders and come in several profiles to bend round tubing, nominal pipe and square tubing in mild steel, stainless steel and more. These dies carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage and feature a billet tool steel forming die with a heat treated steel one piece counter-bend die.

JMR Bender Nominal Pipe Dies
Material Size - refers to the Nominal Pipe Size (Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper is noted in parenthesis).
CLR - stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing. (see image)
Minimum Wall - denotes the minimum recommended wall thickness for consistent high quality wrinkle free bends at the specified radius.
Maximum Wall - click on individual die part number for specific info
Max Degree of Bend - Dies can be purchased to bend up to 90 degrees or up to a full U-bend of 180 degrees after springback.
