JMR RaceLine Tube Bender Dies

These JMR RaceLine Series dies fit all JMR tubing benders and come in several profiles to bend round tubing in mild steel, stainless steel, DOM, 4130 chrome moly and more. These feature an alloy one piece counter-bend die to reduce galling on the tube. If you are unsure of which die you need, please feel free to contact us and we will guide you through the process.

JMR RaceLine Tube Bender Dies

Material Size - refers to actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
CLR - stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing. (see image)
Minimum Wall - denotes the minimum recommended wall thickness for consistent high quality wrinkle free bends at the specified radius in mild steel. Please call for recommendations with aluminum, stainless etc.
Maximum Wall - click on individual die part number for specific info
Max Degree of Bend - Dies can be purchased to bend up to 90 degrees or up to a full U-bend of 180 degrees after springback.
