Tube Bender Dies

Tube bending relies on precision tooling to form material accurately without distortion. Dies control the centerline radius, support the material during bending, and directly impact the final strength and appearance of the bend. Once you have found the dies for your specific machine, be sure to note the minimum wall thickness rating for each radius. Thicker wall tubes can be bent to tighter radii than thin wall tubes due to the inherent support. Know the difference between tube and pipe and never bend the wrong OD for the specific die set.
