Tube rotation gauges are typically used in tube bending and tube notching applications for indexing the rotational axis of the tubing, but are also useful when welding or drilling tubes. Sometimes referred to as POB (Plane-of Bend) Brackets, they are useful for out of plane bends or making bends all in the same plane.
