Vertical Band Saws

Vertical band saws are great for a multitude of purposes. Commonly used for cutting contours in sheet metal and plate, pattern making, or cutting odd shaped and difficult to clamp parts. Wood cutting band saws generally have lower horsepower motors and high blade speeds not suitable for metal cutting. Some horizontal band saws can also be used in a vertical configuration for occasional use. Vertical saw options to consider are blade welders, power feed, and tilting work tables.
