DESCRIPTION

The Icengineworks Full Exhaust (FE) series will make quick work of designing full exhaust systems, cat-back systems, intercooler or turbo downpipe assemblies, and cold air intakes. The 2500FE system works similarly to the header blocks by simply snapping together, with the ability to rotate to create the exact radius necessary for your design. Blocks come in a variety of center line radii and 15-degree sections. Each block features index points to aid in block rotation and obtaining the perfect radius. Once a design is made, metal parts can be cut and welded to replicate your model.

After the modeling process is completed the included cutting board and alignment blocks will assist in duplicating each section of plastic blocks in steel tubing. The aluminum cutting board is designed to be aligned with the fence and slid across the table of a vertical band saw. When used with the included alignment blocks, steel tubing is cut perfectly perpendicular to the tangent.

Finally, the included clamps make positioning the cut tubing for welding extremely easy! The clamps allow the fabricator to preview, adjust, and clock the pieces before they are tack-welded together. Time consuming weld and cut adjustments are avoided and exhaust systems can be more precisely assembled.
