Shipping Information

Trick-Tools ships small packages via UPS and US Mail daily. Domestic packages weighing less than 100 lbs typically ship using your choice of UPS services. Some international orders, FPO/APO, and AK or HI orders may ship via US Mail if available and selected during checkout.

In-stock items ordered before 3 pm CST are normally shipped the same day UPS. We cannot guarantee ship dates for items marked Factory Shipped. Please call us to verify stock and shipping times for urgent orders. Packages shipped via UPS will receive tracking information via email on the evening of the ship date.

UPS Shipments
Most UPS shipments arrive within 6 business days after the order ships. Claims for damage or missing items need to be made within 5 days of receipt. Replacement items will not be sent until a damage inspection has been made by a UPS authorized inspector and a pickup is scheduled for the damaged items.

Economy Ground Shipments
Economy ground shipments are made using various carriers of our choice and arrive within 10 business days after the order ships. Claims for missing items and damage need to be made within 5 days of receipt. It is important to note that this shipping method does not provide tracking information, therefore claims for non-delivery will only be accepted 15 days after the shipping date. In the event your package arrives damaged, please note damages upon signing for the delivery and email digital photos of the damages to [email protected]. A customer service representative will help identify if the product is repairable. Replacement items will not be sent until a damage inspection has been made and a pickup scheduled for the damaged items.

Free Shipping

Items marked with this Free Shipping logo are shipped to US addresses only. International and expediting shipping options are still available on these items but charged at the standard rates as shown in the shopping cart.
