DESCRIPTION

The Siegmund System 16 Nitrided Welding Workstation Kit is a great addition for any welder. Built from hardened tool steel, the tabletop goes through an additional plasma nitride process to harden the top work surface to a Vickers rating of more than 750. Fixture mounting holes are CNC machined to 16mm diameter and are laid out in a square 50mm grid. The table is rated to hold a massive 2200 lbs with the fine adjustment leveling feet and 880 lbs with the optional casters.

This kit features a 47 x 31 inch reversible tabletop, chip trays to capture welding slag and grit, two drawers for convenient storage, a vice, and several bolts, stops, and clamps to get you started. The workstation top has a flatness rating of +/- .0157 inches per foot.
