DESCRIPTION

The Arc Sync Upgrade Kit- (previously called HYT SIM Kit) A feature more commonly found on tables in the hundred thousand dollar range, the Arc Sync Kit allows for advanced communication between the CNC controller and Hypertherm plasma. The upgrade kit will transmit amperage values and air pressure settings remotely though the G-code saving time and eliminating the potential for operator error.

This upgrade interfaces with Hypertherm Powermax models 45XP, 65, 85, 105 and 125 plasma cutters, allowing for the display of diagnostic information on the CNC tables user interface “Data at a glance”. The SOFT PIERCE aspect of the upgrade allows the operator to dial down unnecessary amperage on every pierce, potentially doubling the life of your consumables and This will give you longer nozzle life.
