DESCRIPTION

The Deluxe Kit version of our Multitool 2 x 36 inch, 1 hp Belt Grinder includes a tilting-head pedestal and work rest along with three premium 3M belts. With the Multitool you get 5 grinding surfaces in one machine. Most work is generally performed on the serrated contact wheel which allows for smooth, controlled grinding and shaping. The unit also offers top platen grinding, slack-belt grinding, disc grinding, and the stone wheel which can be changed out for a variety of options. These versatile tools have a belt speed of approximately 4,970 surface feet per minute to remove material up to 5 times faster than the equivalent grit grinding wheel. Belts change in seconds from grinding to sand, deburr, or polish. A variety of belts and discs are available for any project, see the Accessories tab.
