Featuring a Ductile Iron body that is 2X stronger than the traditional casting and a polished anvil work surface, this vise is designed to take a beating and is virtually indestructible under heavy usage. The Knurled pattern jaws provide optimal grip and enough working room where you need it most with its 4 inch jaw width, 6 inch jaw opening, and 3-5/8 inch throat depth. The vises swivel base rotates up 360 degrees, features a gear lock bolt to eliminate slippage when in use, and meets federal spec #GGG-v-410a, Type VI, Class 2.
