This Ellis 1800 replacement blade is the same blade that comes on all new Ellis 1800 bandsaws. It is an excellent choice for general-purpose cutting and will effectively cut a variety of materials. These blades are 132 x 1 x .035 inches and are a high-quality M42 Cobalt HSS Bi-Metal construction.

Blade Recommendations (mild steel):

2-3 TPI - 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch wall material or 5-1/2 to 10 inch solid round
3-4 TPI - 3/4 to 1-1/4 inch wall material or 2-3/4 to 5-1/2 inch solid round
4-6 TPI - 3/8 to 3/4 inch wall material or 1-1/4 to 2-3/4 inch solid round
5-7 TPI - 1/4 to 3/8 inch wall material or 7/8 to 1-1/4 inch solid round
6-10 TPI - 3/16 to 1/4 inch wall material or 5/8 to 7/8 inch solid round
8-12 TPI - 1/8 to 3/16 inch wall material or 7/16 to 5/8 inch solid round
