This Adjustable Tube Fixture from Brockett Built fixes that issue and allows clamping of 1 inch OD to 4 inch OD material with an adjustable v-block and stop to keep everything centered. This allows the user to keep a fixed torch and filler position for a cleaner more consistent weld.

The Brockett Built Adjustable Tube Fixture fits in most rotary positioners with a 3 jaw chuck and features a 3/4 inch through hole to accommodate purge hoses. The adjustable clamp features easy to read holes to quickly change depending on your material size.
