DESCRIPTION

This die kit fits all Baileigh RMD tubing benders, except the RDB-050.

OD - refers to actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
Minimum Wall - denotes the minimum recommended wall thickness for consistent high quality wrinkle free bends at the specified radius.
Maximum Wall - denotes the heaviest recommended wall thickness with the specified tube size. Examples calculated using mild steel with 40,000 psi yield strength.
CLR - stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing.
Max Degree of Bend - Dies can be purchased to bend up to 90 degrees or up to a full U-bend of 180 degrees after springback.
