DESCRIPTION

The Baileigh Model TN-800 tubing notcher has an operator adjusted eccentric path that requires only one cutter to notch weld joints on tubing, pipe, or solids with outside diameters of 1 to 3 inch. This unique feature means the Model 800 tooling cost savings are on going. Notching under 1 inch is achieved by installing an optional 1/2 inch cutter and adapter bushing.

Create perfect weld joints in chrome moly, mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum pipe of tubing.
Does not contaminate the weld joint, offering more strength in the weld.
Unmatched versatility, mobility, and easy operation. Our pipe notcher is capable of notching up to 60 degrees in either direction.
Cross slide table, angle vise, and V-Jaws can be independently calibrated allowing accurate positioning of straight, angled, or offset notches.
Vise Quick changeover for different diameters of tube
