Running a small business takes a lot of work. Every time I deal with trick tools I am reminded that customer service and a knowledgeable staff still do exist. Nothing worse than calling about a product and finding you know more about it than the "expert". These people know their stuff, you can just tell. The quality of the tools is first-rate. Service excellent. If you make your living with tools and need dependable equipment delivered in a timely manner look no further. If you are a beginner don't feel intimidated, they never make you feel like you asked a stupid question. Just tell them what you're trying to do and they will set you up with what you need and not sell you stuff you don't need.
