The Ellis 2000 band saw is very popular for its dual mitering capability, extremely large cutting capacity, and rugged durability. The material stays stationary for miter cuts while the head rotates. The Ellis 2000 model boasts the largest mitering capability in the whole Ellis line up at 60 degrees left and right!

Fast and accurate angle selection are possible with the built-in protractor and head feed rate is controlled by the hydraulic control with a locking valve. Material clamping and unclamping is quick and easy with the standard quick acting vise. This stationary band saw is an unbeatable value with hard to find capabilities.
