DESCRIPTION

The Baileigh IDX positioning table will fit the Baileigh RDB 325 bender and is available in 10, 15 or 20 foot lengths. With the IDX table, accurate bends in varying planes can be made as well as consistent measurements between bends. The positioning carriage is available with a 3 jaw chuck for round material, or a 4 jaw chuck for square and round materials. The carriage rolls on a precision V-block rail and rides the rail using V-block bearings. The positioning carriage chuck can hold material from 1/4 inch to 4-1/2 inch OD and features a handwheel for adjusting tube rotation. The table rail also features a linear indicator strip for setting accurate distances between each of the 4 included mechanical stops.
