DESCRIPTION

The JMR 1000 hydraulic tube bender is a precision machined unit that offers large capacity, a fast hydraulic system, and unique portability. With features such as bronze bushings at the pivot points, hardened and blanchard ground bending arms, and lifetime warranted billet steel die sets, the JMR bender is built to last! This unit features electric/hydraulic power which will operate the bender at approximately 3 times the speed of air/hydraulic power units, and includes a convenient rolling cart with a die rack. All JMR hydraulic benders also feature a powered cylinder return for faster cycle times. Optional, is a longer cylinder which can perform a 90 degree bend in one stroke! JMR Benders are built for the fabricator looking for a top quality bender to suit most structural applications.

The Model 1000 is also offered in 3 convenient bender and die packages. Or buy just the bender and choose your own dies.

The 1001 package includes: degree ring, adjustable pointer, 1 x 3 inch CLR, 1-1/4 x 4 inch CLR, and 1-1/2 x 5 inch CLR 120 degree round tubing dies.

The 1002 package includes: degree ring, adjustable pointer, 1-1/4 x 5 inch CLR and 1-1/2 x 6 inch CLR PIPE size dies.

The 1008 package includes: degree ring, adjustable pointer, 1 x 3 inch CLR, 1-1/4 x 4 inch CLR, 1-1/2 x 5 inch CLR, 1-3/4 x 6 inch CLR, and 2 x 6 inch CLR 120 degree round tubing dies, a digital angle gauge and a plane of bend bracket.
