JD2 Model 32 Bender Round Tube Dies

Model 32 Bender Round Tube Dies

These dies fit the JD Squared Model 32 Tube Bender and can be used to bend the specified size in mild steel, stainless steel, DOM, 4130 chrome moly and more.

Material Size - refers to actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
CLR - stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing. (see image)
Minimum Wall - denotes the minimum recommended wall thickness for consistent high quality wrinkle free bends at the specified radius.
Maximum Wall - click on individual die part number for specific info
Max Degree of Bend - Dies can be purchased to bend up to 90 degrees or up to a full U-bend of 180 degrees after springback.

*NOTE: Dies greater than 2 inch OD are recommended for use with hydraulic benders only.

Just thought I would invest in some equipment and Van Sant came highly recommended from others in the off-road industry.
