DESCRIPTION

The Siegmund Imperial 16 Nitrided Welding Workstation Kit is a great addition for any welder. Built from hardened tool steel, the tabletop goes through an additional plasma nitride process to harden the top work surface to a Vickers rating of more than 750. Fixture mounting holes are CNC machined to 16mm diameter and are laid out in a square 2-inch grid. The table is rated to hold a massive 2200 lbs with the fine adjustment leveling feet and 880 lbs with the casters.

This kit features a 48 x 32 inch reversible tabletop, chip trays to capture welding slag and grit, two drawers for convenient storage, along with several bolts, stops, and clamps to get you started. The workstation top has a flatness rating of +/- .0157 inches per foot.
