DESCRIPTION

With an 1,100 lbs capacity and a 72 inch U-Shape Square for mounting to, the Siemgund Imperial 16 MP 500 Rotary Positioner allows for easy access to the top, bottom, or side of your component. The 8 inch hand wheel connects to a heavy duty gearbox with 1:73 gear ratio for smooth easy rotation and the included fixture kit ensures you have a nice selection to get you started. The 72 inch U-Shape Square features 16mm holes spaced 2 inches apart and a plasma nitride coating to increase the hardness and reduce weld spatter from sticking.

This 40-piece kit includes fixture and layout bundle. Siegmund has a wide variety of additional clamps and fixturing components available to make this positioner useful for virtually any welding project. See the Accessories tab for more information.
