Siegmund Imperial 28 Rail System, 190 Piece Bundle

The Siegmund Rail System adds even more versatility to your operation and allows for the creation of large, accurate parts. This kit includes 40 feet of track along with two 5x10 tables and 3 additional U-Squares to ensure you have supports where you need them. Choose from above or below ground rails and your leg height of 8 inches or 28-1/8 inches. Please call to discuss custom applications and packages or to get a quote. Siegmund XD7 Professional Extreme Series Welding Tables are second to none for modular fixturing.These German-constructed tables are built from hardened steel to begin with and then go through an additional plasma nitride process to harden the top work surface to a Vickers rating of more than 750.The tables feature five fixturing surfaces constructed from 1 inch (25mm) thick plate with additional reinforcement underneath the work surface. Fixture mounting holes are CNC machined to 28mm diameter, feature radiused edges, and are laid out in a diagonal grid for superior clamping flexibility. The tables also feature a flatness rating of +/- .0025 inches per foot, and radiused edges to prevent damage to fixture components and workpieces.
