DESCRIPTION

The Baileigh BR16E-36 Bead Roller features a 36 inch deep x 12 inch high throat - the largest available on the market! Additionally, the bead roller is equipped a variable speed frequency drive with a foot pedal control, giving the operator unlimited speed adjustment.

Other unique features of this bead roller include the quick release upper die, which allows the upper roll to be disengaged from the material while maintaining its depth when re-engaged. This allows the operator to begin or end a design in the middle of the panel without having to worry if the depth is set correct. Finally, the position of the bottom die is adjustable in and out, allowing greater flexibility with bead profiles.
