This Mittler Bros. 36 inch Bead Roller Ultimate Kit is just that, ULTIMATE. It includes 27 dies for shearing, beading, hemming, tube beading, edge flanging, custom artwork, and more. This machine is specially equipped with adjustable upper and lower shafts for greater flexibility with bead profiles.

Built from plate steel, with 3/4 inch heavy duty shafts and hardened drive gears, this bead roller is built to last. The included industrial motor will bead up to 16 (.059) gauge mild steel and .063 aluminum.The reversible 110 volt motor features a variable speed foot pedal control with a and a speed range adjustment dial, which allows the operator to limit the maximum speed of the bead roller motor.

This deluxe kit includes: 4 piece art roll set, soft step dies, 3-piece hem set, 3/16 inch 3/8 inch and 3/4 inch round bead sets, 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch flat bed sets, 1/16 and 1/4 inch step roll sets, 5/16 inch edge bead set, 1-1/2 inch diameter tube roll set, 1/2 inch 45 degree bead set, standard tube bead roll set, standard tank roll set, shear set, spoiler set, 3/4 inch 90 degree bend set, stencil set, and an orange skateboard wheel.
