Baileigh TN-700 End Mill Tubing Notcher

The TN-700 End Mill Tube Notcher from Baileigh Industrial is a made in the U.S.A. benchtop tubing notcher with a small footprint and large capacity. Excellent for chassis fabrication and other tubular assemblies, the TN-700 notcher features a 2-1/2 inch OD capacity with notching capabilities up to 60 degrees. Its 2 hp motor runs on 110v power and its variable speed control is inverter-driven for optimum milling speeds and precision performance. The TN-700 comes included with a digital RPM readout and speed chart to dial in the perfect speed for your specific OD and material. Create perfect weld joints in chrome-moly, mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum pipe or tubing.

Other features include a heavy-duty cast iron framework, crossfeed vise with X-and Y-axis control to ensure a good cutting position and offset notching capabilities.
