Bead Form Tools for Tubing
The Original Bead Form tools by Kramer Metal Fab are designed to form a pressure hose bead in various types of metal tubing. Useful for fuel lines, radiator and cooling lines, intercooler and turbo piping or anywhere a rubber hose needs to be clamped on to a metal tube. Beading tubes as small as 5/16 inch OD or large tubes with up to .065 inch wall thickness can be achieved with certain models. Choose a powered bead roller for tubing when production demands higher volumes.
Expander tools can also be used to form pressure beads in tubing. A fast effective method useful for heavy wall tubing beyond .065 and where a less defined bead profile is required. These machines are available in handheld or benchtop models with optional bead tooling.
