DESCRIPTION

Bead Form 2 HD Electric quickly forms a hose bead on all types of tubing. The heat-treated lower shaft, needle bearings, replaceable pivot bushings, positive action gear drive, steel form rollers, and a 1/4 hp Bodine gear motor make this tool great for high-volume work.

The bead produced meets Milspec and SAE AS5131 specs for 1-1/2 inch OD and larger. It is designed to work in a production environment on stainless, aluminum, copper, brass, or mild steel. Great for fuel, intake, turbo, and radiator lines.

The Bead Form 2 HD Electric includes an upgraded needle bearing support for the lower forming shaft as well as external oiling ports for lubricating the needle bearings.
