Ben Pearson Model 3012 has a unique tool post design that allows you to make parts with no interference from the hydraulic cylinder. The 3012 offers a knee pedal control along with manual and automatic push buttons allowing for the operator to keep both hands on the part.

The Smart Automatic Mode features an adjustable return-to–home position control along with a precise, easy to read depth of bend gauge. This unique, time-saving feature increases efficiency by assuring fast and easy transitions between multiple bends. A 5 horsepower motor provides 58,000 lbs of bending force.

The included heavy duty end finishing attachment accommodates 1 to 3 inch tubing in the swager box and from 1-1/4 to 4 inch on the expander. With the bull’s-eye expanding system, you can dial in precise expansions every time.
