DESCRIPTION

This compact benchtop press brake is the perfect solution for the fabricator needing to bend small sections of sheet metal as well as heavy plate steel. Utilizing a common 20-ton bottle jack, the BP1020 requires no outside power source or specialized pumps. A bottle jack with an extended height of at least 15 inches and a retracted height of no more than 13 inches is recommended.

With its relatively small footprint, this press has the capabilities of much larger machines and is a perfect fit for those with limited working space or a need for portability. Ideal for making suspension and body support brackets.

For materials 3/16 and thinner, this kit includes our 4-way V-die. Made of 4140 tool steel, this die is precision-machined and built to last! With openings of 1/2, 3/4, 1, and 1-1/2 inches, and an overall length of 10 inches, it can accommodate materials of varying thicknesses and will provide crisp, clean bends in steel or aluminum.
