Edwards Jaws 75 ton Ironworker

The Jaws 75-ton ironworker is a great value for the ton. Featuring four available workstations, the Jaws 75-ton incorporates a 14-inch bar shear, angle shear, heavy-duty punch station, and a coper notcher in a tooling cavity that can also hold a variety of optional tooling. For increased productivity this Edwards Ironworker includes electric stroke control. This easy-to-adjust system speeds up production time and decreases wear on tooling by limiting the stroke to just enough to complete the task at hand efficiently. It can also be helpful when using special tooling that requires a limited stroke to perform properly.

Like all Edwards machines, this unit works in a completely vertical motion - straight down on the work. There is no arc of tooling against the material to be cut or punched. All stations operate as a unit so you can move from punch to shear to angle shear without changing or adding tools.
