DESCRIPTION

The Grit GI150/GIR Notcher Bundle is the perfect solution for pipe and tube notching. Attaching the GIR module to the GI 150 belt grinder allows you to convert to the ideal platform for precise radius profiles on pipe and round or square stock. Standard features include a quick clamping system, traverse carriage, indexed degree table, offset notching adjustment, and depth stop. This machine is capable of coping materials from 3/4 inch to 6-inch OD with a maximum notch size of 7-5/8 inches and has two speeds which make it optimal for running processes such as stainless steel. It also includes four casters, making it easy to convert your GI 150 back into a belt grinder and move your notching module out of the way. There is also an extensive contact roller selection available to match almost all of your notching needs
