This 55-ton Ironworker Ultimate Package pairs our best-selling Ironworker with a variety of must-have accessories aimed to increase your production and efficiency.

The Jaws 55-ton Ironworker has four available workstations including a 14-inch bar shear, angle shear, heavy-duty punch station, and a universal open tooling cavity that can hold a variety of optional tool sets. Additionally, an elaborate productivity package consisting of a Coper Notcher Accessory, 10 punches and dies with storage rack, punch gauging table, coper notcher gauging table, 48-inch backstop, quick-change coupling nut, and an LED Work light is included to streamline your production process. All Edwards machines now include PowerLink Hydraulic Accessory Ports! See the Accessories tab for a growing selection of accessories like Shop Presses, Press Brakes, Tubing Benders, and Rollers that utilize your Edwards Ironworker hydraulics to run.

For increased productivity this Edwards Ironworker includes electric stroke control. This easy-to-adjust system speeds up production time and decreases wear on tooling by limiting the stroke to just enough to complete the task at hand efficiently. It can also be helpful when using special tooling that requires a limited stroke to perform properly.

Like all Edwards machines, this unit works in a completely vertical motion - straight down on the work. There is no arc of tool against the material to be cut or punched. All stations operate as a unit so you can move from punch to shear to angle shear without changing or adding any new equipment.
