JET JTM-4VS Mill with 2-Axis ACU-RITE G-2 MILPWR CNC

The JET JTM-4VS-CNC Vertical Milling Machine brings precision and automation to your workshop and comes standard with the factory-installed ACU-RITE MILLPWR G2 CNC system. Choose from either 2-Axis or 3-Axis control, as well as an optional air-powered draw bar to quickly change tooling and reduce the chance of over-tightening. The 12.1 inch high-resolution display on the ACU-RITE MILLPWR G2 display is easy to use and includes USB and Ethernet ports, a built in calculator for standard, trig, or geometry calculations, menu-prompted programming to easily edit or repeat programs, estimated run time feature, and more. Handwheels are included for manual operation as well.

The JTM-4VS-CNC is constructed using the certified Meehanite® casting process for a rigid foundation and features precision hardened and ground ways and table, one-shot lubrication system, a large chromed quill, internally cooled spindle head, internal coolant tank for use with optional coolant system, and adjustable gibs throughout. This mill is equipped with a powerful 3hp, 230v 3ph motor and a variable speed pulley that adjusts from 60 to 4,200 rpm with a convenient handwheel to quickly set your spindle to the optimal cutting speed. The precision bored and honed milling head ensures quality cuts, and the three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop makes the JET Variable Speed Milling Machines easy to use.
