DESCRIPTION

The MP5000XP is a fully equipped 50-ton ironworker that is highly portable and powered by a 110-volt standard wall outlet or generator. Its compact, sturdy design boasts 50 tons of pressure at the punch station and 28 tons at the central workstation. This allows the user to punch a 15/16 inch round hole through 1/2 mild steel (capable of larger holes through thinner mild steel). METALpro’s dual foot switch design controls the 1.5hp Baldor, 2 stage gear pump which is up to 3 times faster than standard METALpro machines.

This machine comes standard with METALpro’s 3-in-1 combination shear which consists of a 12-inch flat bar shear, 4-inch angle iron shear, and round/square rod shear built into one singular unit. Also included with the XP series is a 12 inch brake with 3/16 inch brake die tooling, brake back stop, brake guide table, limit switch kit, punch station guide table, shear guide table, slug catcher, wheel kit, shear back stop, and an 8 piece punch and die starter kit.
