National 48 inch Powered Slip Roll, 16 gauge

National Sheet Metal's 3-inch power rolls are designed for simple operation. The NR4816 comes standard with a forward and reverse drum switch, quick-release upper roll, positive chain drive, and a heavy-duty gearbox. A front guard for additional safety and a heavy-duty storage stand is included.

National's slip rolls incorporate three precision turned, ground and polished high carbon steel rolls. The extra heavy-duty end frames are equipped with quick-release handles located on the right front for speedy production forming. The drive train is powered with a heavy-duty precision reduction gearbox to assure durability and long life. The electric panel and gearbox are housed in a ventilated cabinet for protection. Precision roll adjustment is achieved by turning the handwheel on the left end of the roll while the forming scale above the handwheel helps to maintain repeatability.
