Its unique apron design swings outside the radius and rolls the material around the selected former, helping minimize stretching, stress, distortion, and cracking during the bending process. This controlled forming action is particularly valuable when working with long aluminum panels where maintaining a smooth, consistent radius across the entire part is critical.

The RB9618 includes five interchangeable radius rolls, giving you the flexibility to create bends ranging from a tight 1/2 inch radius up to a broad 2 inch radius.
