DESCRIPTION

Extend the life of your slats with PICO Slat Guard! This non-VOC protective coating can be brushed, rolled, dipped, or airless sprayed on and usually drys in 60 minutes or less. Benefits of Slat Guard include improved conductivity along with reduced slag, spatter, and dross for less chiseling and grinding saving you time and money. PICO Slat Guard is great for plasma, laser, and oxy-fuel slats as well as coating the walls in downdraft tables to improve runoff performance.

Application notes:

Apply evenly, checking thickness between layers
Allow Slat Guard to fully dry between coats (approximately 30-60 minutes at 77 degrees Fahrenheit)
Heat can help accelerate dry times
Covers 75 linear feet per gallon @ 5 mils thick (0.005 inches)
