Apex Machinery Group has options to help with slag removal, radius edging, or surface finishing. The 1025M-Dc with Small Parts Package can process parts as small as 2x2 inches to remove slag/dross, grind vertical burrs, and create straight grain finishing in just seconds, saving your business hundreds of man hours.

The 1025M-Dc features a quick change 25 x 60 inch belt with pneumatic belt tensioning, and electronic belt tracking. The variable speed conveyor belt includes a motorized lift to accommodate up to a 5 inch bed opening, along with a digital readout for precision adjustments. Equipped with a 15hp drive motor and available in 220v 3ph or 440v 3ph this machine has plenty of power for even the toughest jobs.
