“This was my first experience with Trick Tools. The person who answered my call politely directed me over to Mike in sales. Mike knew exactly what I needed to replace a broken .125 punch for my vintage Whitney Roper # 5 Junior tool kit. The price was reasonable; shipping $$ was explained, and within a few minutes timespan the credit card information was taken, and I received a confirmation shortly thereafter via personal email. As an aside, this tool has seen decades of use and is still serviceable and represents quality precision workmanship. Moreover, it is unusual to find an exact replacement part in today's market due to the number of goods that are scrapped because of the planned obsolescence trend. In closing I will most certainly recommend and seek other parts and tools from this company. Thank you for your professionalism and timely response.”
