DESCRIPTION

The RDB-250 tubing bender is a programmable machine that can bend up to 2-1/2 inch tubing and 2-inch schedule 40 pipe. The touchscreen control supports up to 170 programs, with up to 10 bends per program. Save parts with your desired name or part number, then recall them at any time. All bend data, including bend angle, speed, quantities, length, and rotational stops, can be stored in memory.

The RDB-250 rotary draw tube bender can complete a 180-degree bend in as little as 9 seconds with 6 speeds to choose from. Bend angles can be programmed up to 360 degrees with a universal bend plate attachment. A numerical readout on the counter-bend die makes repositioning and repeatability a breeze when creating multi-bend parts, while the quick counter-die release allows for easy removal of tubes. For one-off or prototype parts, choose manual mode for creating bends as simply as pressing the forward or reverse foot pedal.

Included in this deluxe kit is the popular indexing table that is available in 5, 10, 15, and 20-foot lengths. The indexing table assists in producing accurate bends in varying planes, as well as consistent measurements between bends. The positioning carriage is available with a 3-jaw chuck for round material, or a 4-jaw chuck for square and round materials. The carriage rolls on precision rails using V-block bearings. The chuck can hold material from 1/4 inch to 4-1/2 inch OD and features a hand wheel for adjusting tube rotation. The table rail also features a linear indicator strip for setting precise distances between the 4 included mechanical stops. The RDB-250 Deluxe kit is the ultimate tube bending package for chassis shops and production settings where part-to-part accuracy and cycle times are key to your job's bottom line.
