The RDB 150 features a large capacity and an optional auto-stop for fast, repeatable bending. The machine can make a full 180-degree bend with one stroke of the hydraulic cylinders. Material can be easily removed with a quick counter-bend die release, and tooling changes can be made in seconds. The ease of repeatability with this bender makes it the perfect solution for small production runs where consistency and speed are key. The bender is also a great solution for job shops who need to bend multiple types of material; with tooling available for round tube, pipe, square, and solid profiles.
