This high-quality vice provides a smooth and accurate tightening motion and tremendous grip. The 90,000 psi drop-forged alloy steel construction makes it virtually unbreakable. The anvil area and jaws are integral with the forging and then induction hardened to HRC 52-58. The adjustable gibs enable the removal of any free play, ensuring perfect alignment of the precision-machined jaws. The included mounting base allows for 360-degree rotation with quick, easy, high-force locking, but can be removed for applications where fixed mounting is required.
