DESCRIPTION

Trim Sol E206 Synthetic Water Based Coolant by Master Chemical is the perfect coolant for metal sawing applications. This concentrated coolant is reduced with water to create a water-soluble mixture that provides the needed lubricity for the cutting blade and material. After use, any non-recovered coolant leaves a fluid, non-gumming film to prevent sticky ways, chucks, tool holders, and fixtures.

The manufacturer suggests mixing 10 parts water to 1 part coolant concentrate, but for stainless steel cutting applications mixtures as rich as 5:1 may be required.
