DESCRIPTION

The Edwards 120-ton is the powerhouse of the Edwards Ironworker line of products. Featuring five available workstations, the 120-ton incorporates a universal open tooling cavity, 24-inch bar shear, angle iron shear, heavy-duty punch station, and integrated notching station.

All Edwards machines now come with PowerLink Hydraulic Accessory Ports! See the Accessories tab for a growing selection of accessories like Shop Presses, Press Brakes, Tubing Benders, and Rollers that utilize your Edwards Ironworker hydraulics to run.

For increased productivity this Edwards Ironworker includes electric stroke control. This easy-to-adjust system speeds up production time and decreases wear on tooling by limiting the stroke to just enough to complete the task at hand efficiently. It can also be helpful when using special tooling that requires a limited stroke to perform properly.

Like all Edwards machines, this unit works in a completely vertical motion - straight down on the work. There is no arc of tooling against the material to be cut or punched. All stations operate as a unit so you can move from punch to shear to angle shear without changing or adding tools.
