DESCRIPTION

The Ercolina 070 Medi Bender benchtop programmable bender is a great solution for the fabrication shop needing a production-style bender for 1-1/4 inch and smaller round tubing or contractors in need of an on site machine. This rotary draw bender features an 120v all-electric drive system and a simple one bend control for bending angle. The bending head is activated with foot pedal controls so the operators hands are free to load and unload material. Machine includes case and tool kit.

Like most of our benders, there are no dies included with the machine. You can find a link to Die Sets and Die Kits under the Accessories tab.

The manufacturer does not publish a specification for accuracy but rotary draw bending machines like this are typically considered accurate to +/- 1 degree.

Tube and pipe have different outside diameters, so they require specific dies for each. The main consideration is ensuring the correct die set is used for the material being bent to achieve the desired results.
