Expanders and swagers have been used in automotive exhaust applications for many years but can also be used in a variety of industrial tube endforming applications. Expander only machines are good for tube expanding, beading and flaring. Expander/Swager machines add the ability to reduce the outside diameter (OD) of a tube and expand to an exact diameter with the swager box.
