DESCRIPTION

Give your project a unique look while adding strength with the Crater Maker Finish Washer Dimple Die Set from HammerFab. This set includes dies for #10, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 inch screws. The Crater Makers are CNC machined from 4140 alloy steel and heat-treated for years of use. All of the dies can be used in a press or vise while the 3 larger sizes can also be used with one of the supplied draw bolts. Crater Makers are designed for best results in 18 gauge mild steel and require around 7 to 10 tons of pressure.

The overall outside diameter of the dimple dies are as follows:
#10 die = .9375 inch OD
1/4 inch die = 1.135 inch OD
5/16 inch die = 1.250 inch OD
3/8 inch die = 1.500 inch OD

Note: Draw bolts are a wear item and are not intended to last the life of the die sets.
